Personally, I had a good experience at Briarcrest and would rent here again. We had a fabulous view out of our apartment window overlooking the pond across the street and got to watch the sunset every evening. The maintenance staff was always quick to follow up on needed repairs, and there was tons of closet space in the apartment. If you're looking for a clean, decent apartment on a budget, I'd say Briarcrest is a good way to go.
