No huge complaints.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
My husband and I have lived in one of the Hallmark buildings and one of the townhouses for a total of 3 years.
The Hallmark building was great. It was quiet, as most of the neighbors were elderly, which I have to say, made them great neighbors. I liked the safety door. The apartment was in great shape and very clean. Space was a bit tight.
We moved to a townhouse so that we could get a dog and hopefully have more space. I didn't love the layout of the townhouse. The bedrooms were great, but the living/dining room and kitchen were TINY. I hated having the washer/drier in the kitchen, and there was definitely not enough cabinet space.
We paid extra for the fenced in courtyard so we could let our dog out, and then regretted it because since there is no grass, she would not "go" out there (our mistake). However, the first year, maintenance took care of the courtyard, but then the following year they changed it to our responsibility. We didn't have tools to cut down the HUGE weeds that grew, and the bugs were outrageous. I ended up never going out there. Bugs were a big problem overall in the townhouse, but it was easy to request maintenance to spray.
Maintenance was very nice and really helpful for little things (changing the outdoor light, etc.). But sometimes there were problems like not salting the sidewalks.
Our neighbors were not very friendly and mostly kept to themselves. Noise wasn't terrible, but you can hear loud things next door. Some neighbors are worse than others (some complained that we didn't pick up after our dog when we always did), and some park and then leave their car in a front space for weeks at a time. We never had an issue with parking, but we also didn't mind being 5 spaces away from the front door most of the time.
