It is a very nice complex to look at, but on the inside, all is not what it seems.
It is very hard to get any repairs done, the room for the washer/dryer has no ventilation.
They provide a bucket of water to reduce the dryer lint.
The floors are so thin, you can hear your name go to the bathroom.
I have been living here for 10 months, and my lease is up soon.
I will not be recommending Rosedale/Boyd-Wilson properties to anyone.

WTFO? Sounds like the previous poster had some issues...we all know the type. My experience has been quite different. Been at Rosedale for about two years. Moved to PA due to a job transfer. None of the other apts would accept my dog of 10 years. Lab/Sheppard Mix. Rosedale did, after they met the gentle giant. They keep the trash away from sight, and Shawn and crew can fix ANYTHING, and quickly! All you need to do is call, set up the time, and poof! Anything is fixed! Rosedale has landscapers who keep the grass cut, and trees and bushes trimmed, and the broken and burned out lights are always replaced quickly, not like some other hoodvilles I've been in the past. Rosedale Apts are super to live in! Right across the street from Hershey Med, close to walking and biking paths, a stones throw Hershey Park!! Are you kidding me! A 10 minute ride to a concert or the park? You could walk if you had to on a warm summer evening! Oh yeah, did I say you can stand outside and hear most of the outdoor concerts? This is one of the coolest places I have ever paid my hard earned money on rent. A GREAT price too!!! Just this year, every apartment was updated with brand new AC and heating systems with electronic contolled thermos. What other apt complex has done that? I am not sure about other Boyd/Wilson properties, but the one at Rosedale is just fantastic! I think the last poster could be stuck in paradise, and still ----- and moan! You know the type....
