Rosedale is honestly the best place I have ever lived. They are constantly making improvements to the landscaping, the buildings, etc. Maintenance calls are answered quickly, everything is kept neat and tidy, and the property manager is the best I've ever had. If your rent will be late, they are understanding and more than willing to work with you. Everyone here is very friendly. My only complaint is that the halls echo quite a bit, but overall this has a been a great living experience and I would recommend Rosedale to anyone.
