The best place I've ever lived! Rosedale is honestly the best place I have ever lived. They are constantly making improvements to the landscaping, the buildings, etc. Maintenance calls are answered quickly, everything is kept neat and tidy, and the property manager is the best

Awful I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, and the walls were so thin, that I could hear the girl upstairs going to the bathroom...the action, not just the flush.
There was also a bug infestation problem, and teenagers outside at night being loud.
