I have been a resident here at Maple Hill since April 2005 and I have seen such positive changes since new management has taken over. Let me start with the maintenance I can't say enough about them. When I need something fixed there is no waiting and things are fixed right the 1st time. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The rent is so reasonable for the area and my utility bills are cheap. I have been able to save enough money to buy a house now and in the process enjoyed where I lived. If your looking to save money I recommend Maple Hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
