OMG WTF!!!!! Property manager should be locked up and maintenance staff doesnt do any work unless they absolutely have to... lazy. They might also abuse your pets and spit on your floor when your not home so you might want to install cameras when you move in.

Slum lords run this place!!!!!! It literally takes months to get maintenance, and only if you call multiple times.
Lawn mowers start at 7 am on Saturdays! No trimming of the shrubbery, bushes so big you can't get in your front door without getting dirty or wet. Problems with squirrels

Very disapointed I moved here from a privately owned apartment. First of all, don't be taken in by the sample apartment - your's won't even be close. Kitchen cabinets were cracked chipped and grungy, Bathroom vanities are from the seventies and are in very bad shape. New carpet
