These apartments are located on Clifton Heights RD. which actually is adjacent to Locust ST. that belongs to John Sopensky. These apartments are HORRIBLE! They smell really bad and most of the electrical doesn t work. They are infested with bugs and the pluming kept flooding in the bathroom as well as the laundry room. This made my apartment and the building smelled like sewage. The neighbors stored their unsafe tools, gasoline, and 4x4 wood pieces that are outside the building where the children play. They had their junk all over the place and it made the building look trashy. I just want to let people know these apartments are no good. They are dirty and run down and not worth living in even if they are cheap.

I would have to agree with the past few posts! I moved out of a Sopensky property last year, not the same one but nonethe less same management! I sued his stupid butt for my security deposit and never seen it yet but hey, the judg told me by the way that my partment looked I could have asked for twice the amount back! John is nothing but a slime ball looking for his next buck! Just call him a money phene! By the way there is a sexual preditor in the Locst Grove apartments too! Scary as hell when you have children!
