I have been a tenant here for 2 years and have made the following observations: Snow removal at Hershey Heights is very poorly planned and completed very slowly, ice removal from sidewalks is sporadic at best; lawn care is the same way.



The units themselves are very drafty so look for high electric bills.



Some of the apartments have fireplaces but I have never seen a chimney being cleaned. ( maybe I missed it)



Furthermore , maintenance is slow to respond to calls to repair the many fixtures,doors, etc, that break due to inferior construction.



Parking availability near my apartment is average to poor.



On a positive note, office staff are very friendly and helpful.



Very expensive place to live but don?t expect much.(not to mention the taxes in this township are about $500 annually.) If I could turn back time I would go a few miles west to one of the complexes near Nye?s Road or east towards Palmyra.
