Their application process is very prejudice. If they find one negative on your application they will turn you down. Also you have to buy your laundry and dryer machine. Half of the people who live there are from medical center. But surely, people at medical center are not happy living there. The cost of appartment is the highest in the area and if you live down stair be carefull who lives above you. Can't use satelite dish for internet or direct TV. They require big chunk of money for you to move in specailly if you have loans. If you need to move in fast they take forever to respond. Average three weeks before you hear anything. Over all this is a very poor and expensive place. Save your money and don't thow it away like this.
