The cost of appartment is the highest in the area and if you live down stair be carefull who lives above you. Can?t use satelite dish for internet or direct TV. They require big chunk of money for you to move in specailly if you have loans. If you need to move in fast they take forever to respond. Average three weeks before you hear anything.
You might want to bring your own snow shovel, because snow removel is very very slow. Don't count on getting all youe security deposite back, they will "find" something that needs cleaned or fixed when you move out.
The repair people are very unquilified to repair appliances, at best they can maybe change a light bulb.
Over all this is a very poor and expensive place. Save your money and don?t thow it away like this.
Look around their are better deals in town.
