Beware of red tape and watch all the fine print. Management not flexible when able to move out. The day you signed is the day you have to be out the following year unless you live there for several years. If you need to extend by even one day, you are obligated to another entire year lease and are charged another month's rent if you want to leave before that lease is up. The management here is unlike any I ever seen. We have been very frustrated by all the hurdles to jump and they claim it is to keep the riff raff out. Understandable but not all of it is necessary. You will see upon application only the beginning of it. Beware!!!!!
