The apartments are decent but expect insane requests from management to move in and to move out. Just when you think they cannot send your blood pressure any higher just wait. They think they are selling million dollar seaside condo's and not renting super cheap made central PA apartments. The next thing they will demand is to be part of an apartment association. If you are only renting for one or two years, don't waste your money because they have insane "added" charges when you want to move out or extend only a few days or months, it is outragous how un flexible they are!! I was able to get approved for a $400,000 home loan in two hours, were it took a month deciding if my income ratio outwieghed my debt ratio by hershey heights. Yes, my friends they are insane!! They look nice but do yourself favor if you don't want to live in an apartment for the rest of your life, go some place else.
