There's no question that it is more difficult to be approved to live at this community than some others in the area, but the process was worth it! The apartments are just huge with plenty of closets and attic storage on the 2nd floor. The grounds and the buildings are meticulously maintained. The prior reviewer complained about being charged for damage to the siding. While I never experienced a charge like this, I don't think it's unfair to be held responsible for damage to the apartment. Overall, my experience with the management and on-site staff has been wonderful and I highly recommend this community!
