They only think to get money, not to give service, Don't trust them about utility costs, apartment is very warm in summer, much colder in winter needs to pay more electricity cost at least $220 for regular 2 bedroom apartment

They dramatically reduced the application process and started to let just about anyone in a year; they just couldnt get people to move in and apartments were vacant for almost 2 years. Unfortunately, I went from having nice neighbors to people who left their Wendy's wrappers on the sidewalk and couldnt exactly put their trash bags in the dumpsters. My favorite experience when I heard one of my neighbors loudly arguing with the guy who was repossessing her car. I will admit it is one of the better complexes in the area, but by far it is the WORST complex I have ever lived in. People dont move quickly because they cant get out of their leases, and many loose their security deposits for no reason. The amount of documentation I had to get before I could get my deposit back was uncalled for, and the apartment really was CLEANER when I left than when I moved in. Also, if you are only going to be there for a year or two, and have busy careers, you dont have the time to look and move. Wait until you move in and then you will understand why people really dont like it. |
