They come in anytime with out notice and "look around", no respect for privacy.

I too had this problem. They would come in - usually in the morning while I was still in bed or getting ready for work. Since I lived on the second floor, I didnt hear them "knock" on the first floor door. Also, things were moved around in my apartment on occasion. ...my new place doesnt do that.
