No sound proofing between floors, especially Tulip Model. Noisey neighbor that has kids screaming all the time. You can even hear detailed conversations when they talk on the phone or to guests. Living room and kitchen are unliveable because of the noise. Management is a joke! Still waiting for apartment repairs 5 months later on aprtment move in check list. Terminatiing lease and running as fast as we can.
