Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have lived here for nearly a year and have been counting the days until my lease expires. I rent a downstairs model and there is absolutely NO soundproofing between floors. The lady above me stampedes around like a buffalo 24/7 to the point that it drives me crazy! Besides that, the paint nearly chips off when you breath on it. To be fair, the complex itself is rather nice. The fitness center is adequate and hot tub, attached garage, and W/D are great amenities. If you insist on moving here, DO NOT live on the ground floor, you will be sorry!
