PISS POOR!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was very unipressed with these living arrangemens. The first time I walked into the place the first thought that came into my mind was this is a jail or even a halfway house. The management is very poor and unattentive to the students needs. The new security guard at night tends to stalk people. He was caught by several students listening at their doors. He says that he is doing his job, but harassment is unecessary. The janitor though, is a friendly guy and works hard for what the place is. And the ammenities that they provide to you are broken. The only good thing about the oakland rooney halls is that it is cheap. But when you live in a dump it is hard to charge high rent!
