The apartments are fairly large, however since they were built in 1965 and it is 2003, they need renovated badly. The air-conditioning is only provided by one room air conditioner that must be as old as the apartment itself. The paint is a yellow-color which I really don't like and the carpet is pretty cheap and stains easily. The kitchen is pretty small and if you have a family it would be hard. The outlets need replaced (some are the original outlets) and there is no fire-escapes. (Pretty bad if you live on the 3rd floor.) The windows let cold air in easily and if you live under someone, the flooring creaks even with the lightest step. You can hear everything from the person below you or on top of your apartment. The mailboxes are also inconviently placed. I honestly think if they put some money into remodling them they would be worth what they are charging. I am not renewing my lease in November.
