But, if you are looking for over a year, I would pass these by. The carpeting is supposed to be steam cleaned after each move-out, but there are numerous stains. Carpeting is a remnant patch job through-out the apartment(if a stain is too large, they just cut a piece and fit it in). The noise level is ridiculous(we can hear the tenant above us snoring and using the bathroom). There is no insulation(we believe) between the floors or the walls. We are waiting for the tenant above to fall through our ceiling as the floors above creak loudly with each step. There are only two(2) washers and dryers for 22 apartments(definitely not adequate). The windows should be updated as they leak quite a bit of air. Actually, the whole complex should be updated!! We are definitely relocating as soon as possible.
