I have lived here for 2 months. My neighbors are quiet and courteous. My apartment was freshly painted and new carpet was installed before I moved in. It's not the TAJ MAHAL but considering I only pay 30% of my gross income for a spacious 2br apt. I'm not complaining. There were 2 maintenance issues that needed taken care of the first week I was there. They fixed it the day I called. I just wish there were more washers/dryers on laundry day...
