Anytime I have called the office, ------ or -------- have been extremely inept and have actually laughed at my legitimate complaints. When I lived here 2 weeks, someone hit my car. In fact, three tenants in my building have been hit by other cars in the lot because of no parking lines, inadequate parking. Does anypone know who pays the office staff their paychecks' Perhaps they would be interested in knowing that they are paying the bimbos to just sit there. I would want to know if I was paying employees and to have them blatantly laugh at tenants calling in. I pay over $500 each month to live in a hell hole where nobody is able to help.

I did a google search and finally got through to another building mnager from another property (basically equivalent to -------- here)actually gave her a list of the many issues and she told me to send the letter to -------- and that possibly -------- didn't even know about the imcompetence being done about calls. Hmmm. Heard a rumor that -------- is having an affair with one of the young maintanence guys, actually heard this a few times, don't know if it's true, or even really care, but it may be why she isn't getting pertinent tasks done, or overseeing that they are done by her staff. Again, this must be how they are able to get away with this for so long. Unbelievable.

I disagree with the comment, I have lived in the Village of Easton for over 3 years now and havent had a single problem. All the ladies in the office have been extremely nice and helpful. Anytime I call with any complaint they have been extremely quick to resolve all issues. Sounds to me your just having a bad two weeks and looking for someone to take it out on.

I think that when one does not do the job that one is paid to do, others who are being affected by said person can openly speculate or discuss the reasons why, which apparently include having affiairs with members of maintenance staff.
