The girls in the office are extremely helpful and very friendly. Any issues or concerns i've ever had here were quickly resolved without any inconvenience to me. I am always greeted with a smile upon entering the room. These three lovely ladies are as effecient in their work as they are beautiful!

I think judging from discussing with moms at the busstop that it seems to be somewhat true that the office staff only comes alive when masculine residents have a problem. Hope that they will all read this and change that conception to equally help all residents or find another job.

EXACTLY. I have been there when it has happened. Oh, I got half smiles and no matter how hard I tried, could not get any type of 'personability' from whatsoever. Then, a younger man walked in and dang.....it was like I was lifted out of the office and no longer existed. lol. Completely and totally disgusting. I am actually embarrassed to tell people where I live because this place DOES have a reputation and ladies (in the office) it ISN'T a nice one.
