Good to be able to vent. Wish I had known about these sooner! Anyway, I agree with many of the previous reveiws. I had to laugh at the Barbie comment. (Actually, I don't think any of them are that attractive, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. --------, manager does have pretty eyes but mall hair from the 80's as my daughter calls it) What's important are things like pool passes. Still waiting to see the notice about how to get one. I asked several lifeguards and was told that the office was to have sent out notices to all residents. Still waiting for that. I did see the looks on the lifeguards faces when they were asked by other residents about the passes. Apparently they were also told that the office was handling it. They were more diplomatic and kind without putting down the office staff but I may have seen them roll their eyes...although that might have been the sun. That all changed when the notices didn't go out, the lifeguards were instructed to tell everyone to just pick up a pass when the office was open. Eventually the residents who don't work when the office is open were able to go down and pick one up a pass in person, but why were the lifeguards told that the residenst were to receive notices' Were they lied to'

Wow you guys live here at the Villages of Easton for dirt cheap, have access to a beautiful pool "FREE" that has been open for the last 4 years from Memorial Day to Labor Day and you are upset because no one contacted you to tell you that the pool is open. I guess if you would have listened when one of the "incompetent" office ladies when they went over the lease that you would have known all this. For the people that are so concerned about the parking lots I guess that you should happy that you have a nice paved surface to drive on, instead of big pot holes. I received the letter about paving the lots on Friday and the work was done on a Tuesday - that was plenty of notice for me. Its nice that they take initiative to make repairs, new windows, new hall carpet, paving parking lots as needed. On another note it is too funny that someone has so much time on their hands (sounds like someone needs to get a job and or a life) and for whatever reason a jealousy problem. Any normal person that reads this would say the same thing and all of the idiots that feed on it must be just as miserable as the loser that is starting all of the rumors. This is called apartment ratings.com that means that you are to rate the nice apartments that we live in!

i agree 100%. i believe, tho, that the irritation comes from, regarding the pool, that if you work during the day, how are you to get a pool pass. my resolve to this would be...give the life guards passes and have the working residents get it there on the weekend. as for the parking, again, i think the issue is that people do not know how to park. when there are no lines, they think it is okay to park however they choose, which you have to agree, IS rather irritating. There is a gentleman who lives in the kent building with a tan truck who USE to park on the damn sidewalk just to make sure he was the closest to the building....finally the office put up a 'fence' type thing to prevent him from doing that. now i could understand if the man were elderly but HE IS IN HIS 20'S EARLY 30'D. he dug up the area with his tires but he didn't care. i would have made him pay for the repairs and fined him. gggrrrrrrr. I understand that painting lines would not have prevented him from living life with his head up his rear. then when they put a dumpster at the kent building....we had people who parked in FRONT of it because it was closer...............Dear God...where DO they find some of these people...lol. Since moving OUT of the Kent building...life has become so much nicer living in a different building. You have idiots no matter WHERE you live.
