Ok so here we go...Jennifer can we say something nice about her'' Nope she is the most ignorant person i have ever spoken to in my life. Has no business dealing with the public. The "office staff" is a joke, they are rude and dont care about anything you have to tell them, when you need something fixed they might get to it by the 20th time you call them and threaten to get your lawyer. Then after they come fix something you are calling 6 more times to have it done again because they didn't do it right the first time. They done care that there is freezing cold air pouring threw the new windows or the WONDERFUL air conditioner units and your 2 year old child is freezing because the wonderful baseboard heat doesn't really help when the cold air is pushing right threw it. There is NO parking for people who actually pay to live here. The garbage never gets taken on time because there are sooo many visitors parking in our lots that people park in front of the dupsters and then the garbage sits there for weeks. WHich is now in the parking lot, in the grass and trees and on the cars..REAL NICE!! People are smoking in the laundry room where other people have to wash there clothes and dont appreciate having the newborns clothes reak of Cigerette Smoke. There is someone vandalizing our building and do you think they do anything to stop it..NOPE!! Oh by the way they are burning holes in the ceilings and on the steps..are you going to do somethign when they burn the place down and everyone dies'' Or is that going to be another thing they dont care about. The noise is out of control..there are always people slamming doors fighting screaming throwing things and parties!!! the cops are there every other weekend. The constable is there every week for someone. Not a good place to live. The carpet is falling apart, the cabinets are falling apart.Walls have holes in them, Brand new windows have holes in them. Can't do anything outside because there is so much glass in the yard from them busting the windows out to put new ones in. The yards look just as bad as the dupsters do! The light bulds outside the doors and in the parking lots are always burnt out. Very bad safety issues. Mold in the closets and bathrooms. This place is soo horrible. They make it seem so nice when you look at them and then a month after you move in it all starts. Everything falls apart and you get to play the games with the Staff. If you move here Have Fun you will want to leave in a month or two.
