I have lived here for several years and my time is almost up...hooray! The section 8 people are taking over!! Trash left lying around, the fire doors being slammed shut, the horrendous, pot-hole filled parking lots- it's all true i hate to say. I haven't had the bad dealings with the office staff as others have, but I can understand their frustration.
The Guilford building is a rats nest compared to some of the others in the complex. Broke down cars are abandoned with expired tags and hopefully they will be towed to create more parking. Poor lighting should also be noted. The management replaced all the old aluminum windows with vinyl ones last summer, but they need to do more renovating in other areas as well.
