The maintenance is horrible they have 3 people working on 500 apartments. The leak in my bathroom took weeks to fix and the damage is still there, after 4 months. The price is high for all the trouble. The appliances are old. The one good thing is the walk in closet. They use crappy paint on the walls that is chipping off through out the whole apartment. Most of the ladies at the front desk are very mean. There is hardly ever hot water in the mornings and the leasing office never returns phone calls to their own tenants. The heat is either too hot or too cold b/c you cant keep it on and it doesnt heat the part of the room that is next to the heater. Very dissatisfied
