I go to school at the college across the street from the Colonade. The Colonade is not bad at all. I found managment to be cooperative, the place is nice and quiet, there is an outdoor and indoor pool (you can swim all year round), fitness center is now open 24 hours a day, etc. It's like those other reviews aren't for the Colonade. Maybe it's for the M building and not the E building (we're in E). Rent is a little high, but it's to be expected in Philadelphia. It's nice to have 2 roommates to pay bills with.

Like I wrote to ALL the ANONYMOUS writers, you probally got paid to say that or you work there or you are blind. I only lived there for 9months (thank God) in the "E building" Estate, b/c of school. If I had family up there I would have stayed with them unfortunally I do not. I was so HAPPY when I moved out and said to myself, "I rather live in a Hotel before I come back here". I feel sorry for those who endured it for a year and more.
