WOW, This is really horrible

I have been living here for two months, and this is quite possibly the worst place I've lived. The whole building smells like old Chinese food.
Since I've been here the heat has broken twice (luckily they got it working once it got hot outside, then it broke again as it started to get cold). Oh the hot water doesn't work, so if I want to take a shower, I have to boil water and carry it to the bathtub. The one advantage is I get to find out what it was like to live in the 18th century.
On move-in day, don't expect your apartment to be clean. That is just too much to ask of the already overworked staff here. After all, they are very busy telling their tenants that "they are working on it", "it" being whatever is broken that day. As far as I can tell "they" are a group of very gifted orangutans, who much like humans, have the ability to use tools and fix "its", whenever they need fixing (provided you have a few weeks before you actually need "it" working again).
Oh yeah, I don't know who lives in the apartment above me, but they are pretty lucky. It sounds like they have a bowling alley up there, which they enjoy through the night and into the next morning.
Oh, did I mention that they charge way too much, as they consider themselves a luxury apartment. I don't know how they got that idea. Maybe they meant it was luxurious for people who have recently escaped from a Russian prison.
I will say this for the Colonades, the toilet in my apartment works well. Also, the building is in a relatively safe location, with very little crime. This is in fact unfortunate, as I would much rather be shot or stabbed, and be able to live in the hospital for a couple of weeks.
