Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
1. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet.
2. If you don't like the odors, use Oust...but
3. Frequent lack of hot water.
4. Fitness room has moldy ceilings.
5. Hallways are often dirty.
6. Stairwells are usually dark in place, and have trash including food, cigarettes, etc.
7. Parking lot has trash in it - only one small trash can that gets emptied 5 times a week.
8. Slow response from maintenance and management
