I have been here for 7 years, and so i have some insight. The air conditioning in the estate building is central, but is antiquated. By this i mean your apartment will be comfortable if you leave and give the weak blower fans a good six hours to work. Hot water is included, a big plus, interuptions in this service only occur about 2-3 times per year and are resolved quickly. Although there have been problems in the past with abitrary on/off dates for Air/Heat. This year is better. Troubling is the lack of upkeep/investment by the parent company. Many college student/kids have vandalized wallpaper, furniture, elevators, gym equipment periodically over the years and repairs or replacement are rare. The corporate staff is friendly, and the maitainance/cleaning staff, though underpaid and underappreciated, is wonderful. They need a better security system

Like I wrote to another ANONYMOUS writer, you probally got paid to say that or you work there or you are blind. I only lived there for 9months b/c of school. If I had family up there I would have stayed with them. I was so HAPPY when I moved out and said to myself, "I rather live in a Hotel before I come back here". I feel sorry for those who endured it for a year and more. and 6hours to work, come on now.
