Mice, rats and crappy managment

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I had no choice but to live here.
There are mice running around. Managment do not care. Hallways smell.
I would try to find a house nearby to rent as I know many ppl who have moved out and done so and have had more for their money,
