I moved in last year mainly b/c of the convenient location. I work in town and the train is within walking distance. I read the reviews before I decided to come here. But b/c I know you can't go by someone's bad experience...I decided to give it a try and visit. When I came here, I found the office staff very helpful and the property to be really nice. Sure, I've had a few maintenance issues, but it's to be expected, I mean come on..the buildings are 60 years old! Maintenance has been great, they've always taken care of what I needed repaired. I've never seen or had mice or an infestation of bugs. I renewed for another year and am happy to be a part of the community. Don't be like everyone else. Check things out for yourself before you judge. I'm glad I did. The only question I have is for all of you who posted the nasty comments...Why do you still live here. ANd no convenience is not an answer.

You probally got paid to say that or you work there or you are blind. I only lived there for 9months b/c of school. If I had family up there I would have stayed with them. I was so HAPPY when I moved out and said to myself, "I rather live in a Hotel before I come back here". I feel sorry for those who endured it for a year and more.
