Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
ten reasons not to live here:
1. mice
2. only one nice person working at the front desk
3. you can't get your own ****ing mail if you are on the 12th floor..you have to wait for some mean old front desk lady to get it, groaning every time
4. inconsistent heat
5. inconsistent hot water
6. filth
7. loud, drunk college kids who like to throw glass bottles out of their high-story apartments
8. over-charging on electric bills (we figure they average it for the building) It doesn't matter if you are gone and don't use your electric for a month...they'll still charge you the same
9. mold
10. the elevators break all the time
