I think this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management is really bad... First of all, Let me say there are a lot of mice running around in my apartment as well as in most of my friends' apartment. you will be surprised by how many mice u will see. Hot water is not always available even though they say it is free. They will never shut down the heater even though winter is over. There will u will have constant heat in your apartment even tho the weather is really hot.. so you will be living in the hell. Since they dont shut down the heat, u cant turn on the AC. It is a real hell to me. They are not considerate about you either. they will fix the roof at 7:30Am when you are sleeping. I had insomnia because of that. When you go tell them, they will say "there is nothing they can do. If you dont want, dont live here". Is that how they should treat their customers' they treat their customers so bad. Also, if u live on 2nd floor or 12th floor, you will not have your own mail box. you will have to ask the front desk for your mail and when you do ask for your mail, please be careful cos they will ask you for money. Very disappointing apartment.
last but not least, they dont have enough parking space. so sometimes u might have to park really far... a friend of mine got his car broken in... the worst apartment ever.. dont ever come live here.
