I've lived here a year and have had no issues with mice, rats, roaches, etc. I've had a couple of minor repair issues that have been fixed within a day of my reporting it. There are students here, but I have had no problems with anyone. All of my dealings with management, maintenance and other workers have been fine.

I'm moving Sept 1. Why' Because I cannot live in an apt complex where I cannot control the temperature in my apt. The heat is unbearable from Oct - May. And you cannot turn it off. I was told to put books on the heater vents and open the windows. It was not enough. I had to get box fans to put in the windows to help bring in cool air. And this summer in July they turned off the A/C (4th of July week) for 2 days. Why' Who knows. And at least 7-10 times I have had no hot water in the morning for a shower. The last time was July 11.

This apt is very convenient to everything I need and I actually would enjoy living here if it weren't for the heat/air issues.

It's why I can't recommend the apt. But overall I really do like the apt. I just wish I could control the temperature.
