The apartment appears lovely, but the temperatures are hardly ever comfortable. Throughout Winter and Spring, the heat is on, and the tenants cannot control it, at all, so the apartment is sweltering. Now, Mid-June in 100-degree heat, the air conditioning is STILL not on (or working), thus you might as well be outside as far as temperatures go. This is the biggest reason I am just waiting for my lease to end and move out (among other reasons such as broken elevators, lack of hot water in the Winter.).
