I am convinced that some catastrophe has to happen before something changes. The hallways are filthy. No air conditioning, poor management, total disregard for people who pay their rent and utilities on time. Armed Robbery in the parking area. Management does not care.

I wrote a review a week or so ago...and there have been more reviews in the past couple days than ever before. Clearly there are issues with this complex. It is disgusting...they treat us as if we are living in a tenemant....almost as if we are not paying approx $1000 a month to be here. A friend of mine moved out ten years ago due to the managament here...SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE

Someone has to die before anything is done. Oh, wait a minute. The benches have been stained and the curbs and speed bumps have been painted! I guess the outside cosmetic work is more important than addressing the recent DAYTIME break-in on the 12th floor of the Estate building. I'm sure the tenant that was robbed was grateful that the thief had nice white curbs to look at while the thief got away with his stuff!
