Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
So I got a phone call this morning from management from the colonade in reference to the previous review I posted. I told them my issues with the safety of residents when it came to the apartment's free parking lot; they told me a way to avoid that horrid dilemma is to pay $25 to park on the bottom or $30 to park under the lake. I think it is understandable that some things should cost money because of space, and just so that people who are more financially stable are able to get the better and convenient spots. I know there is free parking on top, but my roommates and I still pay $1600 a month, we should at least have a parking lot that's not a danger zone to ourselves and others. It's not fair that after the rain we have a two-foot lake, all of the light aren't lit, pot holes are so deep you can see the metal. Something needs to be done. It's not safe, and it's not fair. How long will the indoor pool be renovated'''' It's been years. Trash is left in the elevators, and on the ground, and I was accused of throwing trash outside. I don't litter; I recycle( I wish the building did, I have to take my paper and plastic to my school). If there are no changes, I'll continue to write reviews.
