THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE ROBBERIES IN THE PARKING LOTS. THERE IS NO SECURITY OR CAMERAS!!!!!This building is owned by Metropolitan Properties of America in Boston.If you email them or call with a complaint they will respond the 1st time. After that you are just ignored. While there are posts saying the rental office people are terrible fish stink from the head. It's MPA's fault. I'm sure these people would rather get things done, not get the calls, & not have to patronize you.
Maybe I'll add to this later with all the problems I personally have had. Suffice to say I've put up with most of the problems you've read from other people. There are problems that haven't been mentioned. I'll most likely add a list of problems when I get frustrated again.
You can contact the PA. Bureau of Consumers Affairs. If you contact Montgomery County they will email you a phone number with a name to contact. Personally I'm going to talk to a lawyer first. I've kept records of all the problems. The straw that broke the camels back is that they offered me a lease that was 8% higher than they offered a friend for the same apt! Obviously I didn't qualify for the "special" although the lease was put under my door two weeks later!( perhaps they want me out because I complain. I don't want to,believe me)My rent is always paid on time when it really should have been put in escrow the day I moved in. My apt. was not even close to being move in ready. My bathroom had to be refinished twice. Neither job was done properly. The 2nd time they fixed it all it did was last longer until everything peeled again. For the many days I've not gotten what I've paid for they never once made any offer to prorate my rent.

This is completely untrue i do not understand why you would bring this up. This is a lovely place to live and i doubt you even live at the complex too. I dont understand why you people would look down at a apartment.
