First off, I'd like to say that I live in the Manor building. I have a few friends who live in the Estate building. If i lived in the Estate building, I may not hate this place as much as I do. Atleast they have a 24 hour front desk person, their elevators are usually working, and they have the convenience store and gym in that building... but even still, it's not all that great. As for the Manor building... it sucks! The elevators are ALWAYS breaking! That is the most frustrating and annoying thing in the world! Think about the people who live on the very top floor (which would include myself). Having to walk up the stairs is so inconvenient! The fire alarm goes off pretty often which is also very annoying. The parking is horrible. There are really no spots to park and I see so many people making up their own parking spots (what other choice do we have') but then you walk to your car in the morning to find a parking ticket. Yes, there is a parking lot that you can pay for underground but not everyone can afford that! I only have a few months left to live in this stupid apartment and I cannot wait to move out.

my parents are appalled. everything you read here is true. this is supposed to be a secure building.it's not. every day is like playing roulette. you never know if the elevators are working,if you are going have hot water or a mouse will go into the heating vents when you open your door.i have to walk past uncovered trash and garbage bins when i get my car. if you walk in the ground floor you can smell garbage from the drain. when you become friendly with people in the building you'll find that you can be paying 50 dollars or more for the same apt someone else has management does not offer to pro rate rent when all services are not available.there is no security at the manor building. anyone can get in
