It is a very pleasant location. It is a very treed area and near to transportation, schools, and stores. They do not have modern conveniences though. Washer and dryers are located in the basement of the office building. There are no dishwashers. The rooms though are very spacious. Parking is a problem. They are thinking of putting a parking lot in the walkway entrance to the apartments. If this is done, it would destroy the ambiance of the buildings.
