Jericho Manor is so breathtakingly beautiful, that it is hard to believe that it is so physically demanding living here. Having lived in a third floor apartment, I had to walk at least three blocks from my car and up three flights of stairs. There is no air conditioning, disposal or dishwasher. Although the apartments are superbly maintained as well as the grounds, common hallways and stairs are rarely cleaned. You have to be in excellent physical condition to deal with the parking distance, limited laundry facilities, and utter impossibility of bringing groceries home. Common living space is dinghy, dirty, and needs updating.
