As a resident of this community, I feel that I must say something on its behalf. The maintenance team here has been top notch for as long as I have lived here. If you call on them for anything that you need, you can be sure that they will be out to fix it as soon as possible! To top it off, they come by at 8am and remove your trash for you so that you don't have to go to the dumpster! I don't know of anyplace else that provides that kind of service. The van service has also been very helpful.

We have a new rental person named Dianne. Dianne's door is always open, and she greets EVERYBODY with a smile and a helpful attitude. Previous problems simply no longer exist. Kudos to our management who recognized a situation and took corrective action! It is as if a breath of fresh air has moved through our community!
