I have lived at Jericho for the past 6 yrs. I lived thru the past Leasing manager and 3 yrs with the wonderful Ann O'Connell so I think I can say without a doubt that bringing in Dianne was a super move on the part of management. She is kind, considerate and always greets you with a smile. Something Ann did but never Barbara but then again Barbara was rarely available. Dianne seems to always be there as I see the office lights on way past what should be her closing time. I have had a few dealings with her and have been pleased with the outcome each time she has been courteous and sensitive to my problems and has always done whatever she could to help. I am appalled that any resident who truly knows her would say the things that were said in regards to her saying rents would go down as we all know rents do not go down anywhere!!! Maybe the maintenance men enjoy her pleasant attitude too instead of Barbara's nasty one. Maintenance to me has been superb and they seem to all get along as a TEAM should. I HIGHLY recommend Jericho to anyone wanting a pleasant living experience and maybe the one who thinks Dianne is FULL OF IT should JUST MOVE.
