The leasing agent Dianne is pleasant, approachable and makes the renting a breeze. The maintenance staff is excellent, always more then willing to rapidly fix a problem should you encounter one, they pick up your trash in the mornings at 8am and they are very friendly folks, more than willing to take the time to chat or answer any questions you may have. The apartments themselves do not have many of the amenities you may find in newer buildings such as dishwashers and garbage disposals, however this is more than made up for by the other fine attributes of the complex. It is set in a quiet wooded area. Many apartments have small outdoor patio areas, great for grilling or relaxing. The inside of the apartments are clean, with plenty of space, large windows and gorgeous hardwood floors. The only reason I left was to buy a house.
