I moved into a 1 bedroom over the summer and everything has been great so far. The complex is nice, wooded, safe, and very well kept. The front office and maintenance crew are very good. I had a problem with a leaky roof and they took care of it in a timely manner and haven't had any problems since. Neighbors are quiet.

The only negatives I can think of are that the apartments are unairconditioned and you have to provide your own wall unit and heat must be controlled by fiddling around with the radiator knobs and it can get hot very easily.

However, if I had to do it over again, I'd still pick Jericho Manor.
