Rosedale Court I've been a tenant at my property for almost 2 years and I have been satisfied. Office staff are genuinely nice and always there to assist me whenever I have had an issue. All issues have been resolved. I am now upgrading to a 2 bdrm and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

No Problems So Far I have lived at the Manor building for two months with no major problems. Sure, there are occassional issues with the elevators, but maintenance has come quickly when ever I has called.
What some folks may not fully grasp, is that there are something like 500 units

What Has to Happen? I am convinced that some catastrophe has to happen before something changes. The hallways are filthy. No air conditioning, poor management, total disregard for people who pay their rent and utilities on time. Armed Robbery in the parking area. Management does not care.
