The renters rent to noisy drunk sorority girls and frat brothers as well as foreigners that don't have greencards but do have newborn children that they don't take care of. This place is way too noisy because the landlord is greedy and accepts everyone. Be prepared for all night party noise and screaming children.

This place also reeks of cat piss and sewage. The rooms are horribly taken care of - I went a whole winter without my heater being fixed. It's also been months since my sink started leaking. All the fixtures are over 30 years old and barely have any paint left on them and are rusting horribly.

They are extremely ---- about parking there's always 20 open spaces in the upper lot but if it's after 9 PM you better believe the landlord puts on his fake police uniform and checks to see if everyone has a parking pass. Also it's rare to be able to do laundry since evidently businesses are allowed to use it to wash their towels and other linens all day long.

This place needs a serious revamping. Way too overpriced for what it's worth.

How do you know they didn't have a green card? Did you ask?? And people can come here on student and work visas just as Americans can do all over the world. Don't be so racist and close minded. Children cry, people visit countries, no need to take it out on the apartment.
